A belief in the dream, that happiness hits it's truest highs only once in a lifetime. And if you can't reach out and catch it, you may spend the rest of your life wishing you had.

The rightious resurgence of true to life Rock n Roll
LAS VEGAS, USA, 2009 - Alan’s Wrench has been one of California and Nevada’s most successful independent rock bands in recent years. Music Connection magazine hails Alan’s Wrench as “Modern rock that is radio ready.” Alan’s Wrench , formed in 1997 by front man and vocalist Dave Simoncic, has consistently brought a new and exciting insight to the world of rock n’ roll. “Rock’s got a million faces, you just gotta find which one you’re gonna wear,” Dave said in a recent interview with the Journal Star. The bands sophomore CD release in late 2002, “Room With A View” created a loyal fan base; however, with the addition of guitarist Jeff Spaulding in 2003 and bassist Jason Peed in 2006, the style of music drastically changed adding more of a harder edge, while still keeping the melodic overtones the bands music had made so popular. Simoncic, along with Alan’s Wrench veteran drummer Marty Wilcox have taken these additions and incorporated a style and attitude that consistently leaves fans old and new alikealways wanting more! With their 2006 CD release “Walk Away”, Alan’s Wrench is taking their music to the next level! Alan’s Wrench’s music is based on where music is today, but more on where it will be tomorrow! Being a rock band from a predominantly punk area like Orange County, they have excelled in creating excitement everywhere they go. The fame is also spreading from Las Vegas and Orange County, to cities in Northern California such as Sacramento and Chico. Showcasing and securing opening slots at prestigious stages such as The House of Blues (Hollywood and Anaheim),The South Point Casino & Resort (Las Vegas), The Galaxy Theatre and The Coach House (Orange County) and The Roxy Theatre (Hollywood), Voodoo Lounge (Riverside), The Cheyenne Saloon (Las Vegas), and in 2004 landed a monthly gig at BB Kings at Universal City Walk. It is a band proving to promoters and club owners Alan’s Wrench is “the next big thing,” nabbing opening positions with such bands as Gary Hoey, Living Colour, The Tubes, Brother, Great White, Sponge, and Thin Lizzy. Vocalist Dave Simoncic, in October 2005, was named “Rockstar Las Vegas” as presented by KLAS-TV Channel 8 and 92.3 KOMP Radio Las Vegas respectively. Lyrics
As you grow up believing, in what you thought was true That living’s so lonely, without someone loving you In walks a reason that justifies the dreams A moment not different than one I’d hope you’d see in me Chorus: Never once again could this be so true Never once could I see inside, the love I had for you In came your reason, a season behind, now A lost fear worth waiting, if you could show me how So look deep inside, and reflect on the days gone bye And live for the day, when in time, our two hearts collide Chorus: Never once again could this be so true Never once could I read the day, when I fell for you If I stood between, and spread the lines, could I comfort you Never once could I see inside, the love I had for you Break Chorus: Never once again could this be so true Never once could I read the day, when I fell for you If I stood between, and spread the lines, could I comfort you Never once could I see inside, the love I had for you
