Story behind the song
sophie ellis bextor, bjork, frou frou inspired song. but the real intention was utada hikaru's Deep River album. jem sucessfuly tracked the wah's at the end part of the song giving it more lounge trip hop feel. raius did the vocals with the instant backwards delay making the words more difficult to hear and understand. he was trying to sing in an unmodulated voice to have a "girly" output. yuro thought it was raius on the tremolo guitar, but it was also jem. uro was absent most of the times of the sessions. the song is about the cliche "sad to belong to someone else when the right one comes along". raius wrote this one together with "Off Track Betting" in the same night.
Lyrics
raius: vocals, backing vocals, keys, drums, programming. jem: wahs and tremolo guitars. markus: bass it's not what i am after but it' like seeing through your eyes baby let me tell you my heart has been really preoccupied are you just another intuition? for me to write something on the blackboard i know it's another infatuation just like before everytime my heart throbs being loved by someone older united thoughts, different tales alike realizing after u left him going back, you need him, it's from your inside don't you know it's like a plague for someone? who woudn't sleep, eat or even run? just give in an a law will break can't we be us? it's you whom i can't forsake my heart has been really preoccupied... by someone
