In His Blood
Called to His service, yet unimportant I feel.
Such a small part I play.
But each little task when added to the whole,
is then made precious In His Blood.
Sent to bear witness how difficult it sometimes is,
Living my life for Him.
Temptation it seems is too much for me.
But I find strength In His Blood.
Jesus my savior how can it be?
Godly yet human you died for me.
Blood, sweat, and tears in Gethsemene
You died for me, on Calvary's tree.
Kneeling in worship how satisfying it is.
Giving my life for Him.
Each prayer and each song, when given in His name
is then made perfect In His Blood.
Charged to be faithful how painful it can sometimes be.
Bearing my cross for Him.
But no price is too great to pay for His love,
for He paid for me with His blood.
Jesus my savior how can it be?
