Spanish Goth rock. How's that for different?

Story behind the song
I almost feel sorry for folks who don't listen to world music. There is SOOOOO much out there. I have found MANY very cool groups that have influenced me. Mostly African and Brazilian folks, but some great composers can be found in Spain. Among those I really like Joaquin Sabina, who writes fantastic blues-based rock, and Miguel Bose, who started as a pretty boy romantic pop composer and later bloomed into a much more intriguing artist, whose style reminds me of Roxy Music.
I have admired the lyrics of Sabina for years. They tend to be dark, honest, brutal. I am also a fan of many Goth artists, such as Dead Can Dance (especially the male co-writer, Brendan Perry). As i wrote this song first on guitar, it had a distinctive Sabina sound to it, without the blues progressions. I then decided it needed a darker and more mysterious, airy sound. I tapped into the Bose stylings, and then revisited some early '70s Brazilian Tropicalismo to round it out.
I mixed an Irish Bodhran drum into this to create that galloping beat, and added the Cathedral organ, bells and tympani drums.
The end results sounds like Sabina, Bose, and Perry all mixed together.
