Anyone who has gone the domestic US adoption route will be familiar with the adoption organizations across the country that post pictures of available children looking for forever families. My wife and I began to fall in love with a young girl on the west coast just from looking at her picture. I put a copy of her picture up on our refrigerator and was amazed at how feelings of love could begin to arise within me for someone I had never met. Unfortunately she quickly became unlisted because she had been placed, but the seeds for this song had been planted by her. I started thinking about how God has known each one of us before we were even born, and I had a vision of my picture up on God's "refrigerator" before the world was even created. This vision helped create the song about adoption here on earth today and the adoption each one of us has been a part of through the sacrifice of God's Son, which was done for each one of us "Out of Love."
