This is a cover version of the song "Magnet and Steel" by Walter Egan released in 1978. Interesting trivia - Walter Egan was good friends with Brian Wilson from the Beach Boys and all the Fleetwood Mac members. In fact the song "Magnet and Steel" was produced by Lindsay Buckingham and the background vocals were provided by Stevie Nicks and Lindsay Buckingham. Rumor is that Walter wrote the song for Stevie Nicks as he had a big crush on her!
