Here's a great little tune in the style I call Prairie Grass, about a little Church out on the Prairie, and the wranglers it ministers to.

Story behind the song
This song was actually inspired by a painting my mother did when I was a child, an old weathered church, sitting out in the middle of the Texas prairie, I still have the painting, and think of it whenever I do this song.
Lyrics
There's a little Cowboy Church out on the prairie, where many a wrangler came to know The Lord. It wasn't much to look at from the outside, but it's where we came to hear God's Holy word. When it's Springtime down in Texas, and the bloom is on the Sage Bluebonnets growing wild along the rail, it's revival time at Cowboy Church, grab your family and your friends; hitch up the team and head on down the trail. Brother Jack would ring the bell for Sunday Service, Cowboy's come ridin in from miles around. Sister Kate sits at the old upright piano, and plays Amzing Grace how sweet the sound. BREAK After church is over Sunday morning, there's an all day singin and dinner on the grounds. A hallelujah yodel in 3 part harmony-y-y thrills the hearts of everyone around Chorus, tag.
