RED-I? AND WHY DOES HE RAP? After surviving a near fatal car accident September 27th 2006, inwhich he evaded arrest from police and wrecked at 140mph , but ended up Beating the odds of having a 96% chance of waking up paralyzed from the neck down after having a bone fusion neck surgery at UT Hospital(10/06), Red-I realized he was put on this earth for a reason . On top of the accident, Red-I has survived living through several different foster homes every since age 11 and growing up in a broken home around alcohol and drugs which quickly made him realize he had to grow up on his 2 in this world, and thats exactly what he did, his life impacts his bars and as you listen to his cd's; you will hear it. As an 18 year old ever-evolving emcee , and now aspiring producer/engineer, and after receiving a scholarship for school, he's currently attending The Art Institute of Atlanta for AUDIO Production/Engineering showing he has no limits to his abilities, Red-I delivers a new style to the table with his music,his bars are known to consist of east coast lyricism mixed with down south swagger unlike any you've heard before, Red-I is here to shed new light to the game and bring a fresh breath of air to hip-hop..recognize and respect; the future of music.
