Story behind the song
Original song written in '77 as my 10 year high-school reunion was approaching. Was taking a checkpoint at that point in my life.

"Ten Years Down The Road" is just a great song. It's my personal favorite of Jeff's early works. The melody is strong, the hooks are catchy and the lyrics are just as meaningful and relevant today as they were the day the song was written. Top it off with a great performance (Jeff's keyboard solo rocks) and you've got a sure-fire 5 STAR ***** winner.
