The Neighborhood Complaint (TNC) was formed back in the summer of 2003 by three neighborhood misfits. Originally named the Girl Scout Dropouts, TNC gained popularity while playing a ten minute set at a neighborhood block party. TNC has gone through a bunch of lineup changes, the only consistent member being original drummer, Dan. Since the initial breakup of TNC, Dan taught himself guitar and has since been the lead vocalist and guitarist of the band.
