Story behind the song
This song is about the low sagging fad that started in prisons ( due to the one size fits all rule ) in California and now has become the slouchy, nasty ghetto look that many young men call style. As an employer, I would never hire someone who walked in with their dirty underwear showing. It's just tacky and nasty and unimpressive!
