Hi Kelly, You picked one of my favorite songs to cover. I have played this many times over the years myself. You have done a nice job here. You have a lovely voice. Not one to offer suggestions very often as people in glass houses should not throw stones but... I would be tempted to bring down the vocal volume or bring up the guitar volume so they are more equal. You are doing some nice picking it sounds like but hard to hear both vocal and guitar. My two cents and now I will shut up. Nice work on the cover. Thanks for coming by and I am glad you picked up on the nod to With the Leader of the Band at 1:42. Obviously I did that on purpose as it is intended as a tribute to Dan.

I had to choose this one due to my self-imposed ruling. I was tempted to go for one of your originals. I'm not rating lyrics/mel as they are not yours, that's all. But the rest is great. Haven't heard the song for ages - I actually bought his American Pie! It was lovely to listen to your version (again) - I assume you know who Vincent was, I'd forgotten the sadness!
