One of my longer songs, which is inspired more or less inspired by German group Kraan, although it doesn't sound like their music.

The idea for this piece came when I listened to a record of the German group Kraan, which I had on a tape. In July 2001 I decided to write something more or less in a jazz-rock style, for guitar, bass-guitar, drums and keyboards, with a guest-musician on conga's, percussion and alto-saxophone. On the record of Kraan, the group excists of Peter Wolbrand on guitar and vocals, Hellmut Hattler on bass, Jan Fride on drums and Ingo Bischof on keyboards. In my mind I had Büdi Siebert, who has played with Hoelderlin, as guest on saxophone and percussion. The idea was to write it in a way, so it could be played live in the same way as was it recorded. The music doesn't sound like Kraan in any way, so perhaps this story should be forgotten. The song is almost 11 minutes long, which makes it my longest rock-piece till now.
