Story behind the song

This song was written off a riff that Chad had in mind back in 1995. The chorus palindrome was written on the hallway wall of our old practice space, It's really meant as an analogy in this case of punching someone in the face. This song was written by Guy as a vent for some of his feeligs about an argument he had had with some very close friends just prior to the writing session.
