Story behind the song
I loved Raise Some Hell the first time I heard Mike H. play it on his Fender Strat knockoff. It just invoked some kind of dance mechanism in my brain and that’s what I wanted to portray in the lyrics of the song. I hate when people come to shows and just gawk disdainfully at the band that’s performing. I wanted to call people out for just standing there and not truly enjoying the experience. It also portrays our message of excess. Mike G.
