Story behind the song
The music is for the particular choreography which is a group dance, filled with anger, pain and fustrations towards various issues of life. Concept behind the music is the play of Fours. Cluttered with perfect fourth intervals within the notes of the chords and also governing most of the chord progressions, this piece is originally for 3 players - a percussionist on hand drums and four hands on a grand piano playing not only on the keys but hitting the piano as well as on the strings. The secondo pianist have to run to a synthesizer in the middle of the piece. However this piece was not played live during the performance. The distortion noise is added to create a stronger sense of dissonance.
