This Song is about old school cars and how we feel when riding in our old school compared to someone who is riding in a Benz or BMW.
Because we each own a couple of old cars and have really invested alot of time and resources to restore and up-keep them, we decided to do a song about our old school whips and let the world know how we feel feel about the cars.
The Hook: (DUB aka Da Unda-Dog)
When I'm in my Old School I feel just like you,
When I'm in my Old School I feel just like you,
When I'm in my Old School I feel just like you,
When I'm in my Old School I feel just like you,
1st verse:(LUV aka Da Brains)
When I'm in my Old School I feel just like you, got that cut-dog (Cutlass) coming, Mike White aint through.
Yeah, and I'm so true, Got a candy red drop you should see the coupe. Had the streets on lock when I was 21, on 22's a yellow cut-dog as bright as the sun. A blue Monte Carlo, 350 Rocket, never got the inside done but girls still jock me!
2nd verse:(BP aka The Realest)
Green 23's just let me slide, I'm fin to tell you how these country boyz from Alabam ride. Candy green with and you know I got the rally stripes, who painted it? I tell 'em Mike White. Now where's he from? GA. How much you pay? a four way. Now pictures me BP riding and swerving, I'm on them big wheels and you know I aint working!
The Hook: (DUB aka Da Unda-Dog)
When I'm in my Old School I feel just like you,
When I'm in my Old School I feel just like you,
When I'm in my Old School I feel just like you,
When I'm in my Old School I feel just like you,
3rd verse (BIG DUKE)
Yeah, Boyz-N-Da Hood, Yeah, okay, The Connect, that's right.
When I'm in my Old School I feel just like you, the inside's all white the outside's sky blue, plus the top's dropped, that's the way us wise guys do and all the Benz hopping Girls, I done banged them too. I guess The ostrich on the seats trimmed in leather excites 'em, cause they kick their sandals off and start biting me like tyson. Infactuated with the shoes, 24's they like 'em, I don't care about their motives just as long as I pipe 'em.
I got a '77 Cutlass, '76 Impala, chrome dual pipes, watch the way I make this thang holler. I an east side gangsta so I stay off in some G-skit, From A-town to Alabama Connected with a G-click. DUB hit me up quick, hooked-up a made G-hit. Hit me with a problem bet somebody gone get their wig split. You know how Dukie do it, plenty lames can vouch for that, you don't want to see me in that Old School in all black.
The Hook: (DUB aka Da Unda-Dog)
When I'm in my Old School I feel just like you,
When I'm in my Old School I feel just like you,
When I'm in my Old School I feel just like you,
When I'm in my Old School I feel just like you,
4th verse(DUB aka Da Unda-Dog)
Straight out the country where we don't ride nothing but Old Schools, 455's and 350's that will leave you.
Jump in my Old car, air still blows cool, flows out-the-tail with them Solar Barracks in the back. I'm sitting side-ways feeling like Paul Wall, I'm screwed-up, me and two yellow broads. I'm Floating through the city, me a BP Da Realest, big rims purple haze, candy paint dripping. Duke behind P swerving in the Cut-Dog, LUV behind Duke swerving with the top off. Rims running like Vic in the play-off, We hit the club, just so we can show-off. Don't forget, I keep that-keep that sawed-off, so keep your distance before you get knocked-off. You're in a Benz, I feel like you, I'm in an Old School Fool and got more girls than you!
The Hook: (DUB aka Da Unda-Dog)
When I'm in my Old School I feel just like you,
When I'm in my Old School I feel just like you,
When I'm in my Old School I feel just like you,
When I'm in my Old School I feel just like you,
