Unmarked Car has been primarily a recording poject combining multiple styles and influences - sometimes obvious sometimes not so obvious.
From across the globe Korea, Norway, Israel, Somalia, Cuba and all across America two forces collided at a backyard barbeque in the Philadelphia suburbs and a recording project was born. Unmarked Car has experimented in funk, punk, rock, and various left-of-center sound experimentation for the purpose of entertaining our two most rabid fans, ourselves. The mayhem continues today with song themes that range from love to war to various types of questionable and sometimes criminal behavior. I hope you enjoy listening to our music as much as we’ve enjoyed making it. Com Medo, Jason Reed

Lyrics
War-Torn I woke up with a gas mask at MOPP level 5 Can it be? look at me, I’m alive With a photograph of a severed head Am I going back a second time And by the way now I can breathe just fine, That’s not all... I’m not afraid of you and your war crimes I might have been away, too many days Too many nights of hearing comrades die There’s a reason I don’t sleep at night Are you wondering why I can’t look at the sky There’s a reason I don’t look quite right There’s a reason I’m afraid tonight Do you need me to explain to you once again why I stand alone? Do you need me to explain to you once again why I stand alone? Barbaric plans and a war gone bad; I’ll move on My country’s crapped in our collective hands And thrown our efforts back - on a dirt-dry face that’s cracked From blood and dirt and tears and time and sand There’s a reason for these words I write There’s a way to disappear from sight In a time when all we know is war There’s a reason I might break tonight Do you need me to explain to you once again why I stand alone? Do you need me to explain to you once again why I stand alone? We were still alive, and I think you knew
