Singer, Songwriter, Guitarist, Fife, Scotland. Writer ballads and pop songs with a contemporary country/ folk twist. Love doing collabs!!
I am a solo artist/guitarist based in Fife in Scotland. I've written a few songs over the years and thoroughly enjoy doing collabs with friends and various very talented writers and musicians I've met here at SC. I have always been a music lover, and always will be. I'd love to be discovered, like the millions of other hopefuls on the various music sites but first and foremost, I love what I do, just wish I could do it full time!!!

Story behind the song
Amy wrote this song a few years ago and has finally recorded it it, all by herself I might add, the lovely tune, the words, the mixing and mastering, with some helpful hints from oor Juri !!. Amys bro Nick did the bass, oor wonderful Thomas Mooore did the geetar and I helped out with some harmonies. I loved this song the moment I heard it and I was very honoured to be asked to be part of it. Thanks Amy darling, you're a STAR and the song is just beautiful and I'm so proud of ya!!!! Amy also did the art work for this track by the way, one talented lady!!!!!!!!!!!
Lyrics
Little Things by Amy Caldwell Nameless streets and faceless people pass; unimagined and unknown. In the flesh I go unnoticed. Too faceless to show who I am And I wonder why I am too scared to smile and I wonder if they wonder too. And I don't know where, or how or when to start. I'm here now but I don't know what to do. All Alone, I never thought I'd see this place this way. On my own, taking deep, brave breaths and trying to forget my home But I am here against every odd, Though I'm scared and unknown But I'm ready to pick up the pieces and I'll lay them all out in a row. And I pray to God that you'll see a difference and teach me all the little things that I need to know. So I am here, and I've been here a while and I'm no further ahead sometimes I cry and I lock myself inside wish I could be anywhere else instead. And I still feel scared, and a little out of place gotta fight to keep the hopelessness away. But nothing stays the same, I came to live this dream and somehow I've got to find a way All Alone, I never thought I'd see this place this way. On my own, taking deep, brave breaths and trying to forget my home But I am here against every odd, Though I'm scared and unknown But I'm ready and willing to pick up the pieces and I'm gonna lay them all out in a row and I swear to God that you will see a difference if you teach me all the little things that I need to know. Oh teach me all the little things.

Huggles hen :) 'tis a wet and bleak day here and listening to this has brightened it considerably. My two most favourite ladies together again and making the most beautiful music. Both of you are brilliant in your own rights and together you are a huge bonus for us that listen. Beautiful song and music and everything was superb.
