Story behind the song
Me and the bass player Tristan were in the process of figuring out "I Shall Be Released," when one or the other of us just started singing that 4 Non Blondes tune; and we felt like it actually fit pretty well. This recording was the first time the drummer heard us doing this. You can't tell from the playing, but he was pretty much cracking up the whole time.
