Story behind the song
This is an instrumental piece. I came up with this while noodling on the piano, and figured it'd make a nice little tune. However, I was utterly defeated when trying to come up with lyrics. I decided it sounded good as is, and decided to leave it as an instrumental.
In a way, it goes back to my roots; when I first started writing, I wrote primarily instrumentals.
Apologies for the lousy clarinet part; I recorded this before my intonation improved dramatically. I hope to record a new and improved version at some point.
