Losing My Mind started off as a little MIDI dib-dab in a tablature program called RandyTab. I just started punching down random numbers on random lines, and this is where the tune came from.
The title was taken from the pain I was feeling at this time. 3 months before, I had left my former metal band of 3 years, and was feeling rather down and depressed, and not-so-trustful of people, and felt like through all the college band drama (Drugs, girls/sex, and the other issues I had to watch and deal with), I had felt like I had lost myself along the way.
