Blues in C. I thought about a shift to the relitive minor but it may be illegal in this one. Graham
I Love Her Like A Sister

I’m tired of loving her like a sister she will never be.
And how I think about her is far from brotherly.
I’ve had a big thing for her, ever since we met.
And nights I’ve tossed and turned and yearned for her I’d rather forget.
In between boyfriends, I’ve been her closest friend.
While waiting for the rebound phase to end.
But it seems I have always waited way too long.
And she’s wound up with another mister wrong.

So. If there is a next time I swear I’ll declare.
The love I have for her and lay my heart bare.
‘Cause I love her like a sister, I’m glad she will never be.
And what I feel for her, is far from brotherly.
Yeah. I love her like a sister.
And being brotherly is pure hell on me.
