Story behind the song
Loosely baste on a real life event that happened back when i was a little girl. Know ones knows for certain the fate of the Momma, the baby was left at the court house. My Momma was one of the nurses at the hospital who took care of her and tried to adopted her. God knew where that baby needed to be and placed her with a loving couple who couldn't have children of there own. Though I Never got to meet the girl who would have been my sister I always remembered hearing stories about her growing up. They didn't live to far from us so mommy always kept track of her. She had a good life grew up and raised a family of her own.
