the story behind the song is basically showing that the world isnt getting better and some of us can see it for ourselves and we know that and may try to do something but it wont change anything. the only hope left is looking up to heaven to guide us to make it through the downward movement of the world(the devil is behind that). However with the faith of a mustard seed you can move mountains. nothing is impossible with God. and IF the world can only realize that Looking up is the only key then itll continue going downwards
