Story behind the song
I composed this melody for my grandson just after he was born...Buddy contacted me from Ireland six years later and asked if he could set lyrics to the melody...I agreed and he wrote this incredible blessing/prayer/lullaby that fit it perfectly...I am thrilled with the results...and dedicate it to Cade (my grandson) and all of Buddy's grandchildren...God has blessed us with two more since then (Liam and Peyton)...children are wonderful but grandchildren are GRAND!
