First of TWO Brand New tracks to round out the album. A wicked, P-Funk blues jam.
This is another Funkadelic OUTTAKE--the basic track to "Don't You Wish You Had What You Had When You Had It". It DID appear on Ruth Copeland's second album. Lyrically, Ruth's lyrics were improvised---
so, I did the same to this outtake. I kept the same atmosphere as Ruth, but what it turned into (recording-wise) was something like 'Muddy Waters-meets-Frank Zappa'.
Anyways, in the tradition of "Creative License", here ARE the CREDITS:

Producer (This Version-2007): Lawrence Wise.
Original Lyrics (1971): Ruth Copeland.
New Lyrics (2007): Lawrence Wise.

Like I said for the OTHER Two P-Funk Tracks I used, I believe in respecting the original artist--so I credit them.
Thanks again for the Outtake, George Clinton.
