Mandy Butler was in a car accident on the Racecourse Road at Warialda about 2.30pm joy riding and then was placed in a critical condition then later died at 1.20pm in the Randwick Hospital on the 6th of Feburary 2007.
This was a horrible accident resulting 3 people dying including Mandy Baby.
