Story behind the song
I was driving home from a friends house who just so happened to be female. As I was driving, Rachel came to my mind yet again. I was thinking to myself...now here you are, driving home from a girls house who is very special to you and your thinking of your x-girl friend Rachel. Well, I got into a conversational arguement with myself over the fact that it was not right. I ended up saying "well...I can't help it if I think of her from time to time" and there was the birth of the song.
