Story behind the song
This is the main theme I composed for a short film called Kalakaar directed by my friend tejas Deoskar. The idea of the main melody occured to me as I was going to have my two-wheeler serviced, and the melody hit me as I was on my way to the auto mechanic's shop. I hastily returned and recorded a rough sketch into my sequencer. Then a few days later when I began scoring the film, I arranged it according to the video. My good friend Thattan Finix has played the violin solo on this theme, and the rest of the orchestral sounds and even the clarinet solo are from my Roland XP30 synthesizer.
