Story behind the song
This was the very first song I wrote in complete form. The first thing I actualy wrote was in 1985 for a fashion parade of my streetwear and I rapped while the clothes were being modelled. I was inspired by this and the american Hip Hop I heard so "Switchboard operator" came next. I had to write about my double life that either side didn't know about. I was also well known as a street dancer helping street kids by getting them to dance with us instead of committing crimes.
