Story behind the song
Written in 2002, Lame & Languid takes a new direction for Paradox, both musically and personally, veering away from their previous Punk Rock/Grunge sound of Circle of Growth, to a more melodic alternative sound that the band have been thriving to achieve since their creation. From the mixture of soothing acoustic guitars and soft vocal harmonies on the verses to the rip through hooks of the choruses, Lame & Languid takes you on a musical journey of expression and integrity.
