This song is about snapshots. How often do we look at a second of a person's whole life and make our minds up about them? This song talks about two kids who we would call a cancer on our society: a 14 year old prostitute and a 13 year old drug dealer. In the last verse, I give the back story on both, letting you know we cannot judge.
