This is the Christmas Carroll, Good King Wenceslas which I started recording in 1992 in London, Ontario where, Christmas was coming.
This is the Christmas Carroll, Good King Wenceslas which I recorded the guitar track to in 1992 in London, Ontario.
I did not get around to singing it till the summer of 1993 (since Christmas was coming again!) and never got around to a harmonica track.
This October (2005) I played with effects to see what I could make out of this nothing 2 track tape recording, since Christmas was coming again!
- May Christmas keep on coming, Trick T.
Good King Wenceslas last looked out,
On the feast on Stephen,
When the snow lay round about,
Deep and crisp and even.
Brightly shone the moon that night.
Though the frost was cruel.
When a poor man came in sight,
Gathering winter s fuel.
Bring me flesh and bring me wine.
- Well, is one verse good enough?
