The Concerto is dedicated to Fritz Kreisler who was the first performer. But when the composer chose to do his complete electrical recording, the violinist was the 16-year-old Yehudi Menuhin.
In the solo part I've used the pitch bend feature available in MIDI technology in order to imitate the sliding always heard, more or less, in string performances.
The complete Concerto is available on my website in both MIDI and Mp3 form.
