Modern Rock
Kicking Water was a great alternative rock band in the late Nineties through the new Millenium (1997 - 2001). They put out 2 full length CDs and two EPs in that time. Not bad for an independant act! Plus, they have almost another CD's worth of material they never recorded that is sitting on demo tapes and CDs waiting to be re-discovered.

Story behind the song
This is all Keith. I do know that he gave the song to the band he was in before KW and the singer wrote about being screwed over by their significant other. Ironically, he had written lyrics about screwing someone over in a relationship, so it came around full circle.
