Story behind the song

The title refers to Tom's beverage of choice during long summer days of wandering around Boston Common, rediscovering life, the universe, and everything else he'd missed on his time-travel jump from 1998 to 2002.  It's the first ray of hope for a while:  "I can see down the line, everything's looking fine..."
