Story behind the song
This is one of my favorites. I had so much fun with this one. I wish I had the money to finish the work on it. It's not mixed down properly but was done with professional musicians. Fun song. It started out while my young children were doing their chores and I began to sing "Carl do the dishes or I'll feed you to the fishes" and that's how the melody was born. Lots of fun. The 'spoons' you hear are actually a set of keys being played in my drummer's pocket. He wore a hole in his pants while recording this song. Sad that I couldn't get that part mixed in correctly. One day........;)
