Story behind the song
This song was originally done on an extremely tight schedule (fifteen minutes of studio time was all the budget allowed) as a proposed theme song for the "2002 World Summit Of Children's Issues" in Minsk, Belarus. It was not used, and subsequently all rights for this recording reverted back to Sparkling Joe Chamberlain Industries. Due to a legal matter still pending rights to the song itself are in limbo. This is the only recording of the song that is legally allowed to be released.
