Story behind the song
"Originally it was a song my ex-girlfriend wrote me when I was going away to college. One day when I came back to the room from class Brandon was playing a real catchy tune and I told him we should put words to it. So I was sitting there trying to put lyrics to the song, and I remembered the poem Alley (the ex) had written me. So I pulled it out, changed the lyrics around a bit and added a chorus, and by the end of the day 'Miles' was born.
