Story behind the song
This is one of the "Favorite Girls" chapter in B.I.'s solo project, "When Hot Blood Runs Cold". In this one, B.I. comes clean about a certain big girl in his life, a rather dear female friend named Natsu. Though he never says her name in the track, everything else said in it pretty much points to her.
As far as the vocal samples go, those are ripped directly from Rival Schools: United By Fate, and actually are Batsu, Natsu, Hinata, and Roberto. For the melody sample... I'm gonna let you all figure that out.

(Incident 1):
Batsu: "Temee, naze kono koto o...?!"
("Bitch, why the hell did you do that?!")
Natsu: "Iikagen ni shinasai yo, Saki no kotachi nimo ayamaranaide..."
("Get real! You didn't even apologize to those kids back there..")
Batsu: "Shiranee yo. Tonikaku, kyoumihoni yatsu wa meiwaku nanda yo!"

Natsu: "Anta, nanika shitteru ne. Kakushitenaide, oshienasai yo!"
("You know something, don't you? Stop hiding it, and tell me!")
Batsu: "Chigau! ....ore wa chigau! Hontou ni, nanimo shiraneenda!"
("EH EH..!!! No way! I don't know anything at all!")
Natsu: "Uso osshai, hakujou shinasai yo!"
("Oh, you're lying... fess up!")
Roberto: "Chotto matte, Natsu. Renchuu wa uso o tsuitenai yo."
("Just a second, Natsu. He's not lying.")
Batsu: "Shirabakkurerunjanee!! Kakugo shiro yo, tekagen wa shinee kara na!"

When it comes to girls, bad luck's an understatement

Whispering sweet nothings, and hovering a hair away from my face
That delusion left me in confusion, and it was funny that about the same time
People were teasing that we should be together just because our names rhyme
I never would have thought it
But apparently, even the jackass with biggest mouth I know even saw it
(Incident 3):
Natsu: "Shikkari shite! Atashi ga wakaru?"
("Hang in there! Can you... understand me?")
Batsu: "Fu~~ee~~~..."
("Ehhh...")
Natsu: "Dame! Ki o ushinatta mitai."
("Oh, no. Looks like he lost his spirit...")
Batsu: "Bakayarou, ore wa Taiyou Gakuen no Batsu da. Shikashi, nande kono koto o.."
("Jackass, I'm Batsu of Taiyo Academy. But, why did you do that..?")
Natsu: "Atashi mo, moshi nikushin ga yararetara, kitto onaji you ni ware o ushinatteru yo ne."
("Well... if something happened to my family, I would have lost myself just like you did.")
Batsu: "Hen, gokurou nagotta. Tonikaku nan no jiken ga shiranee shi, kankei mo nee!"
("Ah, good work. But I don't know nothin' about no 'incident', and don't have anything
to do with it, either!")
(Incident 4):
Batsu: "Daijoubu ka yo.."
("You alright...?:")
Natsu: "Aa, daijoubu da yo. Arigatou."
("Ah, I'm fine. Thanks.")
Batsu: "Doushitanda. Katte kaetta no ni genki nee naa!"
("What's up? You just won the game and you're not happy!")
Natsu: "Kawari n
