Story behind the song
First I thought of the title when my wife yelled to me "Kayla (or dog) is in the compost!" It's a funky blues that has been the opening tune for my band Good Karma. The tune features myself on Keyboards, Bob Kammerman on Sax, Christophe Meneau on Bass, Winsor Orrick on drums. It was recorded by Jimmy Hobson in 2013.
