Straight forward pop-love song sung by Cheryl Aranda, written and produced by Gallatin/Mizzell
I met Cheryl Aranda at Jai Joseph's Songwriter's workshop at the CNN building on Sunset Blvd. At the time my writing partner and I were producing our demo's at my home studio, trying to save the expense of having then done professionally. Cheryl volunteered to help us out by singing on a couple of songs that required a female vocal. Cheryl was a beautiful and talented woman, as well as a devoted wife and mother. She used her talent to express the joy of her religious faith. Cheryl passed away on June 27, 2009. You can read her LIFE LEGACY here. http://www.guerragutierrez.com/memsol.cgi?user_id=741926
I hope you enjoy the beauty of her voice on this song.

Music of Our Hearts
I lie awake in anticipation
Your kiss is what I'm waiting for
Time won't fly, Baby 'til I
Hear you walking in my door
Tonight you're far away from me
You're out there on the road
But I still have this melody
Of love within my soul
chorus
And I hear the music of our hearts
Even when we're apart
That sound still moves me
I feel a symphony within
Oh, Baby once again, right from the start
The music of our hearts - oh-oh-oh -oh-oh
Morning dove sighs, open closed eyes
Sun streaking across my face
Sweet dreams tempt me to reach out gently
There you are back in your place
I feel your arms surround me, baby
Like an answer to my prayer
We surrender so completely
To this love that we share
chorus
bridge
Rhythm rising up to heaven
You give me your love (and)
