Story behind the song
I was previously married to a wife who loved to travel. We would hit the highway and enjoy sightseeing. She fell ill a few years afterwards so I made music to soothe her until she passed away. This song was originally just an instrumental. I didn't put words to it til a few years after my wifes death mainly because it was hard for me to listen to it without thinking about my best friend. The lyrics to this song is dedicated to my wife and to all who have a best friend who they love dearly or miss.
