well its more like "dusty eyes" but dirty its okey, it doesn't change too much the meaning of the word "sucios".
I might add that, a few years ago outside of the city, the people with really white skin, dark hear and dark eyes recieved the nickname of "ojos sucios" (dirty eyes), cause the skin being too white makes the eyes looks darker. Mainly the people from spain, the "anda luces" like for example Camaron de la isla (basicly the guys who play flamenco), have that peculiarity of being too white.
"Ojos sucios" is not an attempt to play flamenco or anything, I just called it that way cause a spanish guy here, two blocks away from home, called me "ojos sucios" the other day cause I'm too white and dark heared and also because the way I walk, he said.
