Story behind the song
Inspired by Van Halen, Iron Maiden and Rush. The riff from Top of the World popped into my head when I wrote the intro. The chorus reminds me of Rush's Time Stand Still. The interlude is based on a riff that I wrote when I was in a high school alt-rock band.
