Often times we put our faith in the things of this world thinking if we can attain them we will finally be complete. Relationships, money, material posessions, etc can never fill the God sized hole each of us has in our hearts.
Story behind the song
This song is our observation of the issues we ALL face prior to giving our life to Christ. Many women try to fit in the mold of what the world says is beautiful and they always fall short of the bar and live life feeling they aren't good enough. The 2nd verse was our personal struggle and the struggle of our close personal friends today. Chasing after the fortune and fame and everything secular rap tells us we needed to be or have in order to be a "Real man". The 3rd verse is the solution and the answer to how to truely be "fulfilled".
