Written at Pacem In Terris, this was recorded in my hermitage on my little Tascam digital recorder. Came out after reading 2 Peter and reflecting on how hard it is for us to move forward sometimes.
I'm waiting by the door / Urging you to take a chance / Not knowing what's in store / Be it danger or romance / I never faulted your reasons/ Just your over stubborn stance / But I'll wait with you forever / Always with a backward glance
I've been wanting so to tell you / But the time has flown right by / You wait not for when but who / Will tell you why / But you're always one step behind you / You prefer the by and by / But I'll wait here with you forever / As you seek and never find
I never faulted your reasons/ Just your over stubborn stance / But I'll wait with you forever / Always with a backward glance
