Mike Phipps A.K.A Blacc Mike originated out of Watts, California. At the age of 13 he later moved and resided too South Central, California. At 15, Mike begin to find out he had a voice for rapping, and also a mind for writing. He started off as a battle rapper, but begin to figure out to become a true artist he needed songs, and not just bars.
