Story behind the song
Scott wrote this song after Ali Kat's children came home one day saying Santa Claus wasn't real. It was discovered that the children's father told them Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, The Tooth Fairy, etc., weren't real. Deeply saddened by the loss of the children's innocence at 5 and 7 years old, Scott put his frustrations down in song form. "Now I Know" is the result of this process.
